InterSub 2026 年 8–9 月举办的「职场英文办事力」系列，正是从这些真实的工作瞬间出发。
我们不把英语当作一门需要继续积累的知识，而是把它放回会议、协作、small talk、跨文化沟通和日常工作中，练习如何用英文理解对方、表达判断，并推动下一步。
This series started with a simple question:
What if English is not something to study first, but something to use when work needs to move forward?
Across five offline sessions, participants explored how to communicate with greater clarity and confidence in meetings, cross-team collaboration, relationship building and everyday workplace situations.
活动现场｜What Happened in the Room
活动一开始，大家分享自己用英语沟通时最容易卡住的地方。
有人说：“我知道自己想表达什么，但总是说不快。”
有人说：“我怕问的问题太简单，别人会觉得我不专业。”
也有人发现，真正让自己沉默的，并不是词汇量，而是不知道什么时候插话、怎样表达不同意见，才不会让关系变得尴尬。
As the conversation unfolded, a common pattern emerged: the difficulty was often not a lack of English knowledge. It was the pressure of having to think about language, hierarchy, culture and business goals all at once.
于是，现场没有停留在“正确答案”上。
大家通过 small talk 练习，尝试在茶歇场景中自然认识一位新同事；
通过会议案例，练习如何提问、澄清、挑战和推进；
通过角色扮演，把“海外团队审批太慢”这样的真实协作问题，转化成一段更清晰、更有行动感的英文对话；
也通过 AI 工具，重新检查自己的表达是否真的说清了事实、判断和下一步。
The room gradually shifted from “How do I say this correctly?” to:
What am I trying to achieve?
What does the other person need to understand?
What should happen next?

一次活动结束时，很多问题并没有变得“简单”，但参与者开始拥有了新的处理方式：
